PAYMENT & SHIPPING

What types of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Did we miss something, let us know at hello@yelloboxco.com?

How is a yellobox shipped? All of our gifts are shipped in a simple kraft mailer box with the yellobox label on the front. Products are tucked tightly with crinkle cut filer paper, secured with tissue paper, and yellobox sticker. All gifts include a complimentary note card – don’t forget to select your card and add your message at checkout!

Will I get an email when my order has shipped? When your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link! #HappyMail

When will I receive my order? Typically, most orders take between 1-2 business days to process. This doesn’t include shipping which is typically 2-5 days to ship depending on the shipping method selected at checkout

I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it didn’t come on time!? We wish we had a better answer for this one but unfortunately, if a delay happened due to the postal carrier, it is out of our control.  At this time, we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs.  Please email us hello@yelloboxco.com and we'll see how we can help.

So….my yellobox was not delivered. Help! Sometimes, the gift will be returned to sender by default if there are issues with the delivery address. If this happens, we will alert you immediately at the email you provided at checkout! We’ll gladly re-package it and re-ship it to the correct address.

My package tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. You know the drill – check behind the porch swing or with your neighbor.  Check with your local post office. On the rare occasion that the post office is not able to locate your package, it is unfortunately out of our hands. Email us hello@yelloboxco.com and we will provide any information you need to file a claim with the postal service.

EDITS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

I was so excited to place my order I made a mistake! Well, we get it. We’ve been there ourselves. Be sure to double check shipping address, card message, etc. prior to placing your order. Sometimes if we’ve had enough coffee, we’ll ship same day. Once fulfilled, we cannot make changes. Please email us at hello@yelloboxco.com and we’ll try our best to help!

Something was broken upon arrival, could you replace it? Sometimes, our super cute fragile stamp just doesn’t do the job. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 1-3 business days with photos of damages so that we can resolve your issue!

What's your return policy? While we’d bet that they’ll love your thoughtfulness, all yellobox sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We’d love your feedback if you were looking for a return. Email us at hello@yelloboxco.com
